Flower honey comes from several kinds of flowers, so its taste and color change from flow to flow.
Flower honey is made from the nectar of different flowers. Mineral ratios depend on the harvest. Because of that mix it usually crystallizes quickly.
Our bees collect it from the mixed flowers around the apiary on Fruška Gora.
