Honey
Rapeseed honey
1.000 RSD / jarIn Stock
The bees' first pasture, before acacia, is rapeseed. The honey runs from white to pale yellow, and is known for its white crystals and creamy texture. It crystallizes quickly after extraction: pollen and water are high, and fructose is low.
This flow is for the colonies' growth and their preparation for acacia.
